What to Expect:

• A full 75 minute community fitness session led in a supportive group setting
Bodyweight and weighted circuit training, designed to build strength and keep things engaging
• Fun movement-based activities to make working out enjoyable – think skipping ropes, light games, and energising circuits
All equipment provided – including yoga mats, weights, resistance tools, and skipping ropes
