Part 1: Energy in Motion (Outdoor Circuit Training)
A full-body outdoor circuit workout to build strength, and leave you feeling energised.

Functional movement, bodyweight exercises, and equipment like weighted sandbags and slam balls

Part 2: The Unwind Session (Nervous System Reset)
Settle into a deeply calming indoor experience designed to melt away stress and reset your energy.

Breathwork that shifts you into a parasympathetic state – reducing cortisol, calming the heart rate, releasing tension, and allowing your body to feel the rest it deserves
Guided Meditation to invite peace and stillness
EFT tapping, a simple yet powerful technique used to gently calm the body and bring awareness to your inner state
Sound bowl healing to gently shift your current state and calm your mind
A guided journaling exercise to help you release and let go of anything creating stagnancy

Unwind Unity is a gentle, guided space for stillness, release, and reconnection. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, tense, or simply ready to slow down, this class offers a full nervous system reset through calming, evidence-based practices.
A soft landing at the end of your week — designed to help you release what’s heavy and come back to your centre.
💫 Each session includes:

• A full 75 minute community fitness session led in a supportive group setting
• Bodyweight and weighted circuit training, designed to build strength and keep things engaging
• Fun movement-based activities to make working out enjoyable – think skipping ropes, light games, and energising circuits
