Unwind Unity is a gentle, guided space for stillness, release, and reconnection. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, tense, or simply ready to slow down, this class offers a full nervous system reset through calming, evidence-based practices.
A soft landing at the end of your week — designed to help you release what’s heavy and come back to your centre.
💫 Each session includes:
• Breathwork that shifts you into a parasympathetic state – lowering cortisol, calming the heart rate, releasing tension, and allowing your body to feel the rest it deserves
• Guided meditation to invite peace, awareness, and stillness
• EFT tapping, a gentle technique used to calm the body and reconnect with your emotional state
• Sound bowl healing to gently shift your current state and calm your mind
• Guided journaling to help you let go of anything creating stagnancy in your life
• Group reflection & open talk – an optional space to share, listen, or simply be held in quiet support
