Unwind Unity is a gentle, guided space for stillness, release, and reconnection. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, tense, or simply ready to slow down, this class offers a full nervous system reset through calming, evidence-based practices.

A soft landing at the end of your week — designed to help you release what’s heavy and come back to your centre.

💫 Each session includes:

Breathwork that shifts you into a parasympathetic state – lowering cortisol, calming the heart rate, releasing tension, and allowing your body to feel the rest it deserves

Guided meditation to invite peace, awareness, and stillness
EFT tapping, a gentle technique used to calm the body and reconnect with your emotional state
